@Team we've rebuilt our Notification system with significant improvements.
Clear All Option: We've introduced a "Clear All" feature, allowing users to remove all notifications with a single click, streamlining the user experience.
Individual Removal: Users now have the ability to delete notifications one by one, and added animations for each notification when cleared.
Dynamic Notification Counts: As notifications are cleared, the notification count dynamically adjusts, ensuring users always have an accurate overview of their unread notifications.

We're thrilled to introduce a new capability in our ERP system that offers greater flexibility in recording credits, especially for scenarios where credits aren't linked to specific invoices.

For example, Let's say ABC Company purchases goods worth $100,000, and you decide to offer them a $5,000 overall discount. Here's how you can document this transaction in our ERP system, ensuring proper VAT management:

Here's a breakdown of the process:

  • Navigate to Customer Advance and select Create New
  • Choose the respective customer from the list.
  • Select the appropriate account to Deposit.
  • Enter the amount, and specify the relevant tax group.
  • Set the appropriate date.
  • Select Advance Type = CREDIT

This update empowers you to accurately reflect various financial transactions, such as bulk discounts, ensuring your accounting processes remain precise and compliant. Plus, you can seamlessly claim VAT against these credits, enhancing your financial management capabilities.

DEBIT NOTE

We're thrilled to introduce a new functionality in our ERP system: the capability to record DEBIT NOTE transactions that aren't linked to specific invoices. This enhancement enables smoother management of scenarios like vendor discounts or other miscellaneous debits.

For example, imagine XYZ Vendor grants a $5000 discount on a prior $100,000 material purchase. Here's how you can document this transaction in our ERP system, ensuring proper VAT management:

  • Navigate to Vendor Advance and select Create New
  • Choose the respective vendor from the list.
  • Select the appropriate account to pay from.
  • Enter the amount, and specify the relevant tax group.
  • Set the appropriate date.
  • Select Advance Type = DEBIT

Scheduled Report - Condition field added

We've added a new "condition" field to the Scheduled report, offering the following options:

  • Equal
  • Less than
  • Less than or equal
  • Greater than
  • Greater than or equal

For instance:

Let's say we want to track products that will expire within 45 days. We aim to create a scheduled report to highlight these items.

First, we'll set up the report schedule, specifying its name and frequency.

Recently, we introduced a new feature concerning date columns. Within this feature, you can apply the aforementioned condition by choosing the relevant options.

In our scenario, to pinpoint items expiring within the next 45 days, we'll select the "Less than or equal" condition.

Lastly, you can oversee and manage these scheduled reports in the subsequent tab.

Update to Purchase Order Module

We're excited to announce an update to the Purchase Order Module. As part of this update, we've made changes to the columns within the module:

Purchase Request Column Removed: The Purchase Request column has been replaced with two new columns: Transaction Type and Transaction Ref.

Note: While there have been changes to the columns, we want to assure you that the functionality and user experience remain consistent. We're committed to providing an excellent experience for our users.

Income Statement

Feature

We've enhanced the "Income Statement" report by adding two filters:

  1. Level : It will present data up to the selected level, facilitating easy reporting, especially when dealing with numerous sub-ledgers.
  2. Comparison Period : Provides absolute change and percentage change for the selected period (period/year).

Period : It compares data for the selected date range.
Year : It compares with the previous year for the selected date range.
Revenue percentage - It calculates the percentage contribution of each ledger account to the total revenue. This analysis helps in understanding the proportional impact of different expenses or categories on the overall revenue of the company.
