While creating a "Bulk record Expense" and get it reflected on "single record expense", need to have it with its reference on "Bulk record Expense"

While creating a "Bulk record Expense" and get it reflected on "single record expense", need to have it with its reference on "Bulk record Expense"
the issue is, while revising "single record expense" we are not able to get the source of it in the "Bulk record Expense"
Please make sure it is added in a way can not be removed or edited as it needs to be sticking on the record for ever for any revision work
