🔒 Temporary Payment Block for Students

When the Academic In-Charge performs fee posting or advance fee settlement, the system will now temporarily block both online and offline payments for those students.

This prevents payment attempts while financial updates are in progress, ensuring consistency and avoiding duplicate or conflicting entries.

Once the process completes, the block is lifted automatically and parents can resume payments as usual.
📊 New Report: Blocked Students for Payment

A brand-new report is now available for the Academic In-Charge.

This report shows all students currently blocked from making payments, giving complete visibility into who’s temporarily restricted and why.
