🚀 What’s New: Mandatory Project & Financial Centre Validation

We have introduced a new mandatory validation for Project and Financial Center to ensure accurate accounting and data consistency.

🔹 Project Validation

Project selection is now mandatory at both header level and grid (line item) level for the following modules:

PO, IR, PINV, PRET, PISSUE, PISSUE RET, LDC, EXP, BLP, BLK EXP, BLK BLP, VA, PET EXP, EMP ADV, EMP CLAIM, EMP EXP, JRN, BLK JRN

Validation behavior

✅ Project selected at header and grid level
→ Document can be saved successfully

❌ Project not selected at header or grid level
→ Error message displayed:
“Line items cannot have an empty Customer:Job when the document header Customer:Job is set to None.”

❌ Customer selected without Job in Project
→ Error message displayed:
“Please select Customer Job instead of Customer in the document header to continue.”

🔹 Financial Center Validation

Financial Center selection is now mandatory for all modules at both header level and grid (line item) level.

Validation behavior

✅ Financial Center selected at header and grid level
→ Document can be saved successfully

❌ Financial Center not selected at header or grid level
→ Error message displayed:
“Line items cannot have an empty Financial center when the document header Financial center is set to None.”
