Here’s what you can do with the new Loyalty Management setup:

🔧 Easy Loyalty Setup & Configuration

  • Create or update your Loyalty Setup in just a few clicks.

  • Apply Outlet & Item Filters to choose which brands or categories earn points.

  • Want to apply to all outlets? Just leave the outlet field empty 🏬.

💡 Smart Points Generation Settings

  • Choose whether points are calculated with or without tax (default: Without Tax).

  • Generate Points on Redeem: Keep the rewards coming! When enabled, customers earn points even while redeeming them. Turn it off to limit points to purchases only.

  • Deduct Points on Return: Returns happen—but points don’t have to. By default, no points are deducted on returns. Turn it on to discourage frequent returns.

💸 Flexible Redemption Options

  • Set your Conversion Factor to define point value 💰.

  • Configure a Minimum Redemption Amount so redemptions happen when it counts.

📝 Simple Registration Flow

  1. Direct customers to the Registration Page

  2. Enter a valid 9-digit mobile number 📱.

  3. Track Customers registered for Loyalty in the Customer Report.

🛒 Sales Receipt – Earning Loyalty Points

  • Select a customer by name or phone number.

  • Add eligible items based on your setup filters.

  • Save the receipt and view earned points in the Customer Loyalty Ledger.

💳 Sales Receipt – Redeeming Points

  • Pick a customer with enough points.

  • Redemption is available if the bill amount meets the minimum threshold.

  • Points are applied during Split Payments.

  • If Generate on Redeem = No, no new points are earned during redemption.

🔁 Sales Returns – Adjust Loyalty Points Automatically

  • Choose a receipt with redeemed points.

  • Return items and let the system adjust the points accordingly.

  • If Deduct Points on Return = Yes, redeemed points will be reversed.
