Allow employees to start their shifts within a defined flexible time window, giving them more autonomy.

⌛ Total Hours

Set the required working hours (excluding breaks) that each employee must complete per shift.

🕒 OT Threshold

Define when overtime kicks in—employees will begin accruing OT only after exceeding the specified threshold minutes post-shift.

🕔 Early Logout Threshold

Set early logout permissions—employees can leave early within a specified threshold of minutes without penalty.

🔔 Logout Reminder

Employees will now receive app notifications prompting them to log out at the end of their shift.
