We’re excited to introduce enhancements to the Payroll Encashment & Settlement processes, making them more flexible, efficient, and user-friendly!

Enhanced Payroll Encashment Process :

We’ve improved the Payroll Encashment feature to provide greater control and ease of use.

✨ What’s Changed?

💫 Previously:

✔ The process involved two steps:
Manually adjusting leave for employees eligible for encashment.
The system automatically encashed all eligible leave.

💫 Now:

Users can select specific leave types for encashment.

Users can choose the number of days to encash.

⚠️ Important Notes:

If the selected encashment days exceed the available leave balance, the system will only encash the available leave.

If no leave type or days are selected (or set to 0), the system will auto-encash all eligible leave, as in the previous process.

Streamlined Settlement Payroll with Automated EOS Calculation :

We’ve made settlement payroll processing simpler and more automated with a key enhancement to the Payroll module.

✨ What’s New?

To improve accuracy and control, we’ve added two new fields to the Settlement Payroll process:

1. Contract Type

2. Reason for Settlement

⚙️ How It Works

1. Select Settlement Payroll Mode while processing a settlement payroll.
2. Fill in the Contract Type and Reason for Settlement fields.
3. The system will automatically calculate the EOS payment based on the provided details.
4. If no option is selected in Contract Type or Reason, the system will follow the previous method for settlement processing.
