• Prevents negative or excessive amounts
• Ensures deduction ledger is selected before saving
• Stops total deductions from exceeding the invoice total

📊 Invoice Net Due Collection:
Excludes retention/deduction and advance amounts from the total to show the correct net due.

💰 Fully Integrated Process:

• Auto-posts entries to the correct ledger
• Displays the Deduction / Penalty / Withholding value in the invoice print
• Adjusts automatically during Receive Payment

Sales Return Enhancements:

The system now automatically fetches the retention and deduction amounts from the invoice, displays them in the Subtotal section, and same will be reflected in the print.

Excludes retention/deduction amounts from the total to show the accurate return due.

Automatically creates reversal ledger postings for the retention and deduction amounts during Sales Return.
