Sales Order Management Made Clearer: Introducing the Cancel Option

We’ve added a new Cancel Sales Order option to give you more control over order processing.

Key Highlights:

• Irreversible Action: Once a Sales Order is cancelled, it cannot be reopened for processing.
• Final Status: Cancelled orders are no longer available for delivery or invoicing, ensuring clarity in workflows.
  Accessible to All Users with Module Permissions: The cancellation option is available as a button within the module and can be accessed by anyone who has permissions for the Sales Order module. This ensures transparency and universal availability within the authorized group.
• Works Alongside Open/Close: While the existing Open/Close options allow temporary suspension and resumption, the new Cancel option provides a definitive way to terminate an order.

This feature ensures better management of Sales Orders and helps prevent unintended processing of cancelled orders. The Cancel button is now live and ready for use.
