Preview Postings (Beta) — Experience Complete Visibility Before You Submit

Say hello to Preview Postings (Beta) — a powerful new capability that gives users an instant, clear view of everything a transaction will generate before it’s submitted.

With this release, users can now see:

• The exact Ledger Postings that will be created, and

• The corresponding Stock Movements, whenever the transaction affects inventory.

What’s New:

• Supported forms now show a “Preview” button.

• The preview modal displays:

  • Ledger Postings for all applicable transactions.

  • Stock Movements only when inventory impact exists.

• The Preview option is available while the transaction is being prepared.
  Once the transaction moves to approval or beyond, Preview is no longer shown.

• Closing the preview keeps all form data unchanged and performs no posting.

• Forms without this feature remain unaffected.

This Beta release brings improved accuracy, transparency, and user confidence — giving complete visibility into financial and inventory impact ahead of submission.
