We’ve added new improvements to the Sales Return module to provide better flexibility, transparency, and control.

These updates help ensure accurate tracking and proper documentation for every return transaction.

📌 New Features in Sales Return

🔹 Partial Sales Return

  • Now, partial sales returns are supported.
  • You can return selected items instead of cancelling the full sale.
  • Provides more flexibility for both staff and customers.

🔹 Return Type Selection

  • Every time a Sales Return is created, a Return Type must be selected.
  • Two return types are available:
    • Return – For items that can be restocked.
    • Scrap – For damaged or non-usable items.
  • Helps in maintaining proper inventory records.

🔹 Return Reason

  • For every Sales Return, the actual reason must be mentioned.
  • Ensures transparency and accountability.
  • Helps in analyzing return patterns and improving service quality.
