We’ve improved the Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) system to make order handling more accurate, faster, and more transparent for kitchen staff.
Now, every time an item is added or updated in a sale, it is automatically reflected in the KOT with a clear status.
📌 Available KOT Status Types
Our system now supports three KOT methods:
🆕 NEW
- When an item is added for the first time in a new sale.
- All items in the initial order will be marked as NEW on the KOT print.
- Helps the kitchen identify fresh orders instantly.

➕ ADDITION
- When new items are added to an existing or held (unpaid) sale.
- The newly added items will be printed as ADDITION on the KOT.
- Ensures the kitchen prepares only the extra items.

❌ CANCELLED
- When an existing or held sale is cancelled.
- All related items will be sent to the KOT with CANCELLED status.
- Helps prevent unnecessary food preparation and reduces wastage.
