We’ve enhanced the outlet configuration to improve location accuracy for attendance tracking.
Outlet Location Setup:
You can now update the outlet name, location (latitude/longitude), and define a threshold distance (in meters).
This threshold distance will be used to validate employee location during all attendance actions — including check-in, check-out, break-out, and break-in.
If the employee is outside the defined range, the system will restrict the action to ensure accountability and proper tracking.

We’ve made outlet transfers more flexible and aligned with real-world staffing needs.
New Field – “Is Flexible Employee” (Yes/No):
This new flag controls whether an employee’s outlet assignment is fixed or flexible:
No → The employee is fixed to one outlet and cannot be assigned to other outlets for the same date range.
Yes → The employee is flexible and can be assigned to multiple outlets with overlapping dates, enabling smoother shift rotations and support coverage.
