OT Hours Recalculation — Bulk Pay Adjustment

We're excited to introduce OT Hours Recalculation — a new capability that lets HR refresh OT hours and amounts directly within an existing Bulk Pay Adjustment entry, without having to delete and recreate it.

Previously, if OT hours changed after a Bulk Pay Adjustment entry was created, HR had to delete the entry and regenerate OT from scratch. With this release, the entry can simply be refreshed to reflect the latest data.

What's New:

  • A Refresh action is now available on OT records within the Bulk Pay Adjustment grid.

  • When clicked, the system re-fetches the latest data for each employee row — updating Hours Requested, Hours Approved, Rate per Hour, and Amount accordingly.
  • The grid updates in place to display the refreshed values, with no need to delete or recreate the entry.
  • The entry remains editable until approved, so this refresh can be repeated as many times as needed before final approval.

Why It Matters:
This release removes a manual, error-prone step from the OT correction process — allowing HR to keep Bulk Pay Adjustment entries accurate and up to date in place, before they're approved and pushed into payroll and project costing.
