🔁 Introducing KOT Reprint

We’ve introduced the KOT Reprint feature to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations, even during technical issues.

Normally, when a sale is created, all items are automatically sent to the KOT printer. However, in case of printer failure, network issues, or any unexpected errors, the KOT may not be printed successfully.

With the new Reprint KOT option, you can easily resend the order to the kitchen.

📌 How It Works

  • If the KOT fails to print due to technical problems.
  • Click on the Reprint KOT button.
  • Select the required sale.
  • All items from the selected sale will be sent again to the KOT printer.
  • The printed ticket will be clearly marked as REPRINT.
