When you select a customer in Receive Payments, the system automatically pulls in available advances and credits from all their active and completed projects. You can now allocate any credit to whichever project invoice needs it — instantly, without workarounds.

How It Works

  1. Open Receive Payments
  2. Select your customer
  3. The system displays all available advances and credits across their projects
  4. Apply credits to any outstanding invoice from any project
  5. Done — no manual adjustments needed
