Automated Stock Issuing Upon Item Receipt Approval

We’ve upgraded the Item Receipt (IR) process to be faster, smarter, and completely hassle-free. No more jumping between screens or doing things manually — we’ve automated it for you!

✅ What’s Changed

• A new flag Issue Stock (Y/N) has been added to Item Receipt (IR).
• If we set Issue Stock: Y (Yes) – meaning goods are auto-issued and consumed after inspection.
• On IR Approval, if Issue Stock = Y:
  • A Purchase Issue is automatically created.
  • All received items are marked as Consumed in inventory.
