Approve and Reject Buttons Not Visible for Some Users

The Approve and Reject buttons are not visible for some users. We have implemented a fix for this issue. If the buttons still do not appear, an error message will be shown. Clicking the Refresh button will then make the Approve and Reject buttons visible again.
