Please find a way to have A better way to manage Prepaid Expense. because now it is a long way and complicated to make it manually in the system and there is a huge chance to make mistakes

Note:
1- What I mean here is Prepaid Expense for tent for example
2- One transaction should be created to record the liability
3- plan for the duration for breakdown, recurring transactions (to be an expense)
4- recurring transactions should take place automatically without manual work
