🚀 What’s New: Schedule Reports for Other Employees

You can now create scheduled reports not only for yourself, but also for other employees — making report management more flexible and efficient.

🔑 Key Enhancement: Create Scheduled Reports for Others

Previously, scheduled reports could only be created for the logged-in user.

Now, users with the ReportScheduler role can create scheduled reports on behalf of other employees.

What’s included:

  • A new “Create For Employee” column has been added
  • The employee list displays the associated user names only when the logged-in user has the ReportScheduler role
  • The default value is NA
  • If no employee is selected (NA), the schedule is created for the logged-in user
  • You can select an employee to assign the schedule to them

🔄 Improved Workflow Handling

When a report is created for another employee:

  • The system automatically assigns the workflow to the selected user
  • The report is owned and received by the correct person
  • Scheduling becomes easier for managers and support teams

The Manage Scheduled Reports screen now shows reports:

  • Created by you
  • Created for you

This makes tracking and management much easier.
